When is the best time to schedule the lion dance?
For non-peak times outside of Chinese New Year, we suggest making your booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance. However, for peak periods like Chinese New Year, it is best to secure your reservation at least 3 months in advance to ensure you get your preferred date and time.
How can I make a reservation?
To book, simply select the services you need by checking the relevant boxes, then email or message us your Name, Full Company Name (if applicable), Contact Number, preferred date, time, and address. We will then provide you with an official quote for your approval to confirm your reservation.
Do I need to make any deposit?
For corporate events (B2B), we will provide an official quotation for your approval and no deposit are required, while for private events (B2C), a 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required to finalize the booking.
What’s the payment terms & method?
Our standard payment term is full payment upon performance delivery. However, for corporate clients needing extended payment terms, we can accommodate that. We offer flexibility in payment options, including Cash, PayNow, Cheque, or Bank transfer.
Do I need to prepare anything for the performance?
We are delighted that you've discovered us! We offer a comprehensive service for all your lion-dancing requirements. For a fee, we can supply the necessary materials for your performance. Be sure to explore the different packages we have available. Alternatively, you may also purchase at least 8 oranges with lettuces and a red plate to contain them.
Do I need to prepare items for individual table blessings?
Yes, for individual table blessings, you will need to provide the materials. Please prepare 2 oranges along with a red packet containing a minimum of $8.00 for the lions to visit your workstation. Additionally, consider having a calculator ready for the lions to leave you lucky 4-D numbers.
Can I customize performance beyond the standard package you offer?
Absolutely! Just share your requirements with us, and we can collaborate to find a solution. With over 20 years of experience in this industry, we've successfully handled events of all sizes, both large and small.
I need to reschedule or cancel the event.
We can assist you with rescheduling your event, depending on availability. In this unfortunate situation, please be aware that any cancellations made after confirmation will incur a full 100% charge, as we may have allocated the time slot to you and turned down other client bookings.
